User does specifically agree to the terms of the License Agreement by virtue of installing or having installed this software and the use of same.

General Instructions

• You should close all other Windows applications prior to installing Panacea.

Install Panacea.net:

• Install the license files saved on the server (call Rivers to set up the server and obtain the license files).
• Click on one of the links below to start the installation process.

• Click "Run".
• Additional Microsoft prerequisites as required will be automatically downloaded and installed.
• You will be prompted to approve the various steps. Accept all defaults.

To download other products:

• Click on the desired product to start the download process.
• Click "Run or save the file to your Desktop and Double-click on the self-extracting .exe file".
• Change the "Unzip to folder" as required (By default the unzip will go to c:\amsVBDeploy
• Click "Unzip" then close the dialogue box and delete the downloaded file from your desktop.
• The product is now ready to install. Click on setup.exe in C:\amsVbDeploy folder (or whatever folder you chosefor the unzip) to install.
